Project Overview
Located in the bustling South Surrey corridor, Southpoint 99 is a multi-tenant four-storey commercial building constructed using tilt-up panels, structural steel columns, open web steel joists and extensive glazing. The project was modeled for efficiency by Recollective to achieve 32% energy savings and 52% water savings and has been awarded LEED Gold certification.
We partnered with Wales McLelland Construction to provide all electrical requirements, including the installation of exterior electrical vehicle charging stations.
