Riverwalk

Of the 20 sites the Vancouver Affordable Housing Agency is developing, Riverwalk will be among the largest rental-based buildings designed for singles, seniors and families. Thirty-percent of the 109 units will be designated for rent at Housing Income Limits (HIL) rates and the remaining 70-percent will rent at a low-end of market rates.

We collaborated with Performance Builders to conduct all electrical construction requirements. This included routing and wiring of all 109 suites and amenity facilities. To date, Riverwalk has been one of our largest projects.
