Fusion

Fusion is a purpose-built rental building with marketed amenities that include a WiFi-enabled office space, an entertainment lounge and a rooftop terrace. The building marks the first newly constructed rental building in Surrey in almost 30 years and caters to the growing demand for accessible living within the growing community.

Commissioned by WestStone Group, we performed the electrical construction of 146 units, including all amenity spaces and four townhomes. At the time of completion in 2018, Fusion had been our most involved project, enabling valued experience that would lead to other large-scale mid-rise projects.
