Located just minutes from Vancouver International Airport, Beckwith Warehouse is zoned as light-industrial in the Bridgeport area of Richmond. This tilt-up concrete construction features over 44,000 square feet of warehouse space across two buildings. The property configuration shares a central parking area which includes rolling garage doors for each unit to maximize the utility of the space.

Working with Trasolini Construction, Lore collaborated at the planning stage to advise on electrical requirements for each unit. Once the building envelope was prepared, our team then routed the electrical across all commercial suites and exterior areas.
