Basalt

Basalt is a mid-rise, concrete-framed residential building that resides along Vancouver’s thriving Cambie Corridor. The build itself was the fourth phase within developer Pennyfarthing Homes’ community collection that spans the renewed west side gateway. Marked by refinement, this contemporary design features detailed craftsmanship and captures the essence of the surrounding nature for a fully immersed experience.

Collaborating with Performance Construction, we worked within on-site COVID safety protocols to complete all interior and exterior electrical requirements in 2020. This included close collaboration during the pre-construction phase to map electrical routing throughout the entire concrete building envelope.
