Positioned on a quiet street next to Byrne Creek Park and the Central Valley Greenway, the site offers easy access to nature, recreation, schools, shops, and everyday amenities - plus convenient transit connections, including Edmonds SkyTrain Station nearby.

We’ve partnered with Kinetic to facilitate the electrical construction requirements for this purpose-built rental development. The project will deliver 122 homes with a focus on families, seniors, and people with disabilities, featuring a mix of unit sizes with an emphasis on larger family homes and accessible, age-friendly design. The development will also include 37 non-profit childcare spaces to support the community.
