The Woodford

Located in Vancouver’s trendy, yet transient, Mount Pleasant neighbourhood, The Woodford is a boutique multi-family development that blends architectural character with a bright, modern aesthetic. This heritage-styled development was led by Nordic Projects and marketed for young families interested in surrounding artisan influences.

A modest amount of glazing on the building facade meant that we were tasked with extensive interior lighting requirements in order to present the property as bright and airy. As a result, routing and wiring a network of recessed LED down lighting became a focal point of this project—a task that conformed to tiered and vaulted ceiling profiles throughout each home.
