Hawthorne

Situated at the heart of the revitalized Cambie Corridor, Hawthorne is a concrete frame, mid-rise residential building that embraces a modern West Coast lifestyle. A generous amount of glazing allows light to radiate throughout and establishes a deep connection with the surrounding parkland.

To aid the occupancy process, we worked with Performance Builders to create a tunnel system through an adjacent property that linked to the underground parking area. This was a result of delays on the surrounding roadwork, which had prohibited building access and risked fracturing tenant agreements. The tunnel now links Pennyfarthing’s neighbouring Basalt building and still serves as an alternate access point for residents.
